1.Introduction

HS-08 Acrylic Nano Resilience Waterproofing Coating imported the crystallization of international advanced technology, imported acrylic latex as the main raw material, match with plasticizers and additives, fillings etc., which composites a one-component waterproof coating with oil-in-water type, not contain organic solvent, non-toxic, non-polluting by this high quality material. This model had excellent waterproof performance, if need, we can composite it with color layer.

 

2.Advantages

3.Application Range

a. Wet or dry sand, mortar, concrete, metal, wood, hard plastic, glass, gypsum board, cystosepiment, bitumen, rubber, SBS, APP, polyurethane etc. moisturizing and waterproof layer.

b. Waterproof or leakage of new or old constructure or structure ( such as: the waterproof of roofing, toilet, underground engineering, tunnel, bridge or leakage of window sill, edge, flower box, sanitary ware ).

c. Decorative coating of bonding, sealing material and external wall.

5.Construction Method

Coat and brush coating directly on construction surface with roll brushes or squeegee, while finding coating is too dense, we can dilute it with water, it will form integral waterproof membrane after coating curing. Coating layer divide 3 - 4 layers, next coating and brushing process after front process is curing.

 

6.Construction Request

Surface request: surface is level, hard, clean, free of water, leakage, while finding uneven and crack, we must level it, and seal the leaking place, make convex corner round.

 

Three construction cases for your choice: according to different waterproof engineering, we should choose relative case. These three construction cases application range, coating layer structure, necessary accessory, coating preparation ratio and consumption show as following table.

Application Range: Reinforced Constructure Waterproof and Consturture Special Shape Part Waterproof (such as: parapet wall, gutter inlet and convex corner etc.)

Non-woven material: polyester   Unit Weight: 35-60g/m  Thickness:0.25-0.45mm

Coatings: Coating with roll brushs or squeegees, finish layer by layer according to scheduled case, each layer interval depend on no sticky coating in fromer layer. On site, low temperature, big humidity, bad ventilation, longer curing time, or opposite. For case 3, we must continuous construction between non woven and middle layer, interval is not need, which makes it form a unit with coating layer.

While coating, try to make evenly, part deposition is not permit, bottom layer need to be brushed several times, which ensure no bubble remain between coating and surface, bonding completely. While making protective layer, we can spray coarse sand after the last time waterproof layer coating, and coated with cement mortar after curing.

 

7. Note

a. Construction below 4℃ or under rain is not available, as well under wet or free of ventilated environment, or reduce the effect of membrane.

b. While construction, add water is not permit, close the barrel cover after use up.

c. Leakage proof test after 4 - 5 days of engineering finished, that is 2 hours after rain or continuous water spraying. In possible, we can store water in 24 hours as test, no leakage means pass.

d. This product must be sealed and stored above 0℃ shadow place, close barrel cover well, avoid sunshine exposing, shelf life is 1 year.
